It was still dark when he opened his eyes but he could hear voices. Blinking, he finally realised that the blanket was still over his head. He pulled it off to meet the speculative gaze of Captain Jack and groaned. "I don't want to talk about it," he grumbled.

The main thing that struck Jack about the Royal City of Rask was the predominance of pink. He followed the Captain through the crowds, smirking at the looks that were thrown their way. It was open for debate, but he was pretty sure most of them were directed at him. "Where are we going?"

They'd been travelling for several hours, and Gwen was beginning to think her earlier worries had been groundless. The younger one was remarkably well behaved, not at all what she'd been expecting from an eighteen year old version of Captain Jack Harkness.

Jack made his way to Selkie Cove and waited, perched on a rock, watching the waves, wondering how anyone was going to land a boat here. He was so focused on the ocean he nearly leapt off the rock when a hand touched his shoulder.

Jack lay back on his bed, staring at the ceiling. The window was open, and an errant breeze was fluttering the curtains, which in turn were casting shadows across the room.

If he squinted just right, the ones above him looked a bit like rabbits in compromising positions. If you used your imagination.
